On display at the Montreux Jazz Café, this large portrait of Quincy Jones was painted by Franck Bouroullec, who gave it to him personally, and bears the producer’s handwritten dedication: “Pour, my beloved… I love you all…”. An intimate and unique piece, which says everything about the producer’s affection for Montreux and for the festival of his friend Claude Nobs, of whom he was one of the most faithful companions.
