1972: the Stones rehearse there
Before the “Stones Touring Party”
In the spring of 1972 the Rolling Stones rehearsed here before leaving for North America. “Exile on Main St.” had just come out, and that tour would be their first return to American soil since Altamont.
The session was filmed: it shows Mick Taylor leading the way and Mick Jagger sitting down to listen.
